First class mail is not guaranteed. We do not issue refund or accept returns due to transit delays.
We will not be responsible for lost packages or packages that arrived damaged due to USPS operations. All packages packed carefully and nothing delivered to USPS or any other carrier with a damage packaging. If you package arrives damaged, please file a claim at USPS.COM. We will not issue a refund for lost or damaged packages. Once USPS or the carrier in the possession of the item, we have no control over their operations.

Gift wrapping and packaging
All orders will be gift wrapped. If you want to include additional note card, Let me know and I will include a little note from you at no additional charge.
How long do I have to wait for my order?
Temprorarily current turn around time is 3 business days. But I try my best to ship as soon as possible. I use USPS First class mail.
Depending on your location, domestic orders take 3-5 business days to arrive once drop off to post office. International orders takes 7-10 business days.
Do you issue refund for lost or packages damaged in transit?
No. We will not be responsible for lost packages or packages that arrived damaged due to USPS (or another carrier) operations. All packages packed carefully and nothing delivered to USPS or any other carrier with a damage packaging. If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We will not issue a refund for lost or damaged packages. Once the carrier is in the possession of the item, we have no control over their operations.
